This second edition of our St Pancras booklet - now with an extra 52 pages - contains a list of the main records of interest to the genealogical researcher for the area based on the ancient parish of St Pancras and includes the districts of Agar Town, Bedford New Town, Brookfield, Camden, Chalk Farm, Euston, Fitzrovia, Gospel Oak, Haverstock Hill, Highgate, Kentish Town, Kings Cross, Regent’s Park and Somers Town. This area was in the county of Middlesex but now forms the largest part of the London Borough of Camden. Apart from the vital records of the various religious denominations, examples of subjects covered in this booklet are archives guides, records of London Zoo (ZSL), marriage licences and trade union records.
