St Clement Danes

This booklet contains a list of the main records of interest to the genealogical researcher for the area based on the ancient parish of St Clement Danes which is located just to the west of the City of London. This area was in the county of Middlesex but is now in the City of Westminster London Borough. Apart from the vital records of the parish church, examples of subjects covered in this booklet are RAF records, theatrical archives and court and prison records, which includes those of the Royal Courts of Justice, the Inns of Court and the Inns of Chancery. Also included in this booklet is information related to the Liberty of the Rolls.
