About Us
The Foundation for Medieval Genealogy (FMG) is a not-for-profit charity registered in England and Wales. Our main objectives are:
- to promote rigorous scholarship in the field of medieval genealogical, prosopographical, and related research;
- to collect, catalogue, translate and analyse relevant primary and secondary sources;
- to undertake research projects, or to support such projects by financial or other means;
- and to disseminate information resulting from our activities by electronic or conventional means.
The current projects of the Foundation are shown on our website. We are always open to your suggestions for further projects.
