Commencing at Scout Bridge on the Eastern boundary and terminating at (and to include) a Factory called Vincent's Factory, thence ending at a place where the River Sledbrook enters the River Don, thence to be bounded on the West by the said River Sledbrook, and on the North by an highway called Cliff Style Lane.. Thence all that part which lies North of an Highway called Cliff Style Lane, until the said highway enters the Township of Ingbirchworth.

All that part of the Township of Thurlstone, lying North of the River Don. Commencing at a point where the River Sledbrook enters the River Don, the said River Sledbrook to be the Eastern boundary, and all that parts which lies West of a line drawn along the Eastern boundary of the Fiddler's Green Estate from the River Don to the township of Langsett.

All that part of the Township of Thurlstone, lying South of the River Don. To be bounded on the West by the Fiddler's Green Estate.**
