It was re-published in 2020 to standardise the layout and provide a detailed index. It consists of 60 pages of inscriptions from 417 headstones. It is fully indexed by Surname and Forename.

There are 3 other graveyards in Langholm Parish. The Staplegordon and Wauchope Graveyards are the subject of separate books. There is a New Cemetery which has not been transcribed.
