How Gift Membership works
As the 'purchaser/donor' you MUST complete a Gift Membership Form with YOUR name/address details. The form can be downloaded from our website, at https://nwkfhs.org.uk/about/membership/our-membership/#gift-membership Then you make your purchase here in our online shop.
You then send your completed form to our Membership Secretary.
You then receive an Activation Form which you give to the recipient, and a short note explaining how gift membership works.
The recipient fills in their personal details and returns the form to the Membership Secretary to ‘activate’ the membership. This method safeguards their personal details and is used for data protection reasons.
Forms are also available at the Society’s library, branch meetings and events.
