Account of the life of Henry Goodeve, victorian physician who worked in India. He and his wife bought Cook's Folly, a 17th century house on the Bristol side of the Avon Gorge. The booklet summarises Goodeve's family history and connections, his medical practice in India, including the Calcutta Medical College, and details of the hose at Cook's Folly.
