Description

The Preface to this CD Rom states that - It has been seven years since the previous issue of the Crewe, Nantwich, Congleton, Middlewich, Northwich and Sandbach Directory and the necessity had arisen to publish a New and Revised Issue.

It goes on to state that - The present work is a great improvement and advance upon anything of the kind previously attempted in this important and growing district, and may be accepted as a local standard business reference guide.

So proud were the Publishers of their work that they went on to state that - Accuracy is the chief feature in a work of this kind, and no effort has been spared to secure this essential and to make the Directory reliable and as complete as possible.

The Directory covers a much larger area than just Crewe and lists a Commercial Directory, Trades and Professions and a Street Directory of each Town together with information on the various Suburbs of these Towns.
