The files have been saved as Adobe pdfs Also included is a reproduction of an old newspaper article about the church from our scrapbook collection.
Marriages are sorted by both bride and groom. The baptisms list the occupations for three quarters of the fathers with weavers and bleachers outnumbering all other jobs reflecting the dominating industry of Barnsley in the first part of the nineteenth century.
Where additional information was given as to the cause of death or the relationship of the deceased these details have been included in our transcription of the burials.
