CD contains scanned copy of typescript indexes to the attestation and discharge records of a numbers of regiments whose records are held at The National Archives (Kew). The regiments covered are: Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Regiments 16th Foot, Cape Mounted Rifles, County of Dublin Regiment 83rd Foot, Duke of Wellington's Regiment 33rd and 76th Foot, East Devonshire Regiment 20th Foot, Gordon Highlanders, Green Howards 18th & 19th Foot, Horse Regiments Dragoons, Kings New Brunswick Regiment 104th Foot, Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry 51st & 52nd Foot, Militia Regiments, Miscellaneous Regiments, Prince of Wales Own Regiment of Yorkshire 14th & 15th Foot, Royal Canadian Rifles, Royal Staff Corps and Recruiting Staff, Soldiers discharged in other regiments, Somerset Light Infantry 13th Foot, Yorks and Lancs Regiment 64th, 65th, 66th, 83rd, 84th & 85th Foot and 2nd Royal Veteran Battalion.
